Shipping Zone

We mainly ship to the US, CA, UK and AU. We also accept international orders from other countries.

Order Processed Time

All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 3-5 working days after the order is placed.

Shipping Methods, Rates & Times

• Free Shipping(all orders): $0, estimated delivery within 12 - 25 days.
• Express/DHL/UPS Shipping(all orders): $49, estimated delivery within 7 - 15 days.

Note: the actual shipping time may be longer due to COVID-19.

Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs, duty payments, taxes or brokerage fees incurred.

New U.S. Customs Rules (Effective April 2025)

The U.S. has terminated the de minimis exemption for shipments from China/Hong Kong (previously ≤$800 was tax-free)

DHL’s Policy Update

Since April 21, DHL no longer allows duty-free B2C shipments >$800
